Your Inspection Experience With Great Lakes Home Inspection, LLC

Whether you’re buying, selling, or maintaining your home, Great Lakes Home Inspection, LLC is committed to providing a professional, thorough, and educational inspection experience from the moment you contact us. Our certified and experienced inspectors take the time to walk through the property with you, ensuring you understand the home’s condition and any key findings. We proudly follow the AHIT Standards of Practice, ensuring every inspection meets the highest industry expectations.

What to Expect During Your Home Inspection

During your inspection, we guide you through the major components and systems of the home, answering questions and pointing out details as we go. Once the walkthrough is complete, we review the overall condition of the home with you and your agent, discussing any significant issues that may require immediate attention. We also highlight areas that may need routine maintenance in the future.

All findings are compiled into an easy-to-read Spectora inspection report, delivered in both HTML and PDF formats. Your report includes clear explanations, organized sections, and photos for reference—making it simple to understand the property’s condition and confidently plan your next steps.
